Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your product is damaged or defective upon receiving your order via shipping, you may return it to us for a product exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a damaged or defected condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, take photos of the damaged or defected areas of the product, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your product exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your product exchange. We will notify you by email when your product exchange has been processed.
We will not issue product exchanges for defective or damaged products that were caused accidentally or purposefully.
● Heavenly Essence will only accept returns of products that have been damaged or if the product is defected.

- Original invoice must accompany the return or exchange along with the authorization code.
- ALL items associated with the purchase must accompany the return or exchange i.e. box with original packaging, hair net, labels, quality of the wig must be in prime condition.
- There is a restocking fee of $50 for each item returned
- If an item is to be exchanged, new shipping and handling charges will apply
- HEI is not responsible for lost returned packages.
